How it works
RAVI is kept in the freezer. When ready for use, simply place it into the bottle and serve your wine. As the wine passes through the stainless steel coil it flows into your glass at perfect drinking temperature. The internal tube is made from the same stainless steel used for fermentation tanks; hence the RAVI maintains the wine’s characteristics and never alters the taste. An air valve regulates the speed and ultimately the temperature of the wine. RAVI requires no particular maintenance; rinse it with water, let dry and put it back in your freezer. Done!
