We operate a specialist winetasting equipment hire service
providing our stainless steel spittoons and
associated products. Our equipment is held at the premises of a catering
equipment hire company in
London, who make deliveries and collections on our behalf.
Unfortunately we have to charge around £42/44 to cover
deliveries and collections in London. Those able to pick
up and return equipment from and to Wimbledon naturally save this charge.
It is possible for us to supply products on hire to venues
outside London but this involves additional
carriage charges.
We are delighted to provide advice regarding the best number
and type of spittoons for tastings.

HIRE CHARGES
Please note that we purely charge for the day/s that our
equipment is actually used. Naturally it
often helps organisers if we make deliveries the day before and collect the day
after.

HIRE TERMS & CONDITIONS
1 All equipment must be checked and signed for on delivery by a representative
of either the hirer or the
venue - please note any discrepancy on the driver’s
delivery/collection sheet.
2 Please ensure that all boxes are safely stored
during the event and that the equipment is repacked into these boxes following
the event, ready for collection.
3 Spittoons should be emptied before repacking - thank you!
4 Please ensure that all our equipment is ready for collection at the agreed
time and is as near as possible
to the venue exit.
5 Shortfalls in returned equipment should be noted on the driver’s
delivery/collection sheet.
6 Damaged or lost equipment and boxes will be
charged for at our Trade Price List prices.
7 We cannot be liable for any loss direct or consequential occasioned by delays
in delivery for whatever
reason.
